We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Medical Transcription Service. Contract will be for 5 Years.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) Volume of work for medical transcription requirement will be 11,316,500 lines per Year.
(2) Service provider needs to provider offsite Medical Transcription Service and reports in following different areas.
- Discharge Summary
- Operative Reports
- Consults
- Compensation and pension exams
- Gastrointestinal (GI) procedure notes
- Bronchoscopes
- Radiology/Nuclear medicine
- Staff inpatient attending progress notes
- Cardiac catherizations and echo reports
- Telephonic consents
- Cardiology procedure notes
- Neurology procedure notes
- Letters, Radiology reports
- Oral Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) procedure notes
- Outpatient progress notes and history and physicals
(3) Various subjects for Medical Transcription will include following different areas.
- Anesthesiology
- Cardiology
- Dermatology
- Dentistry
- Endocrinology
- General medicine
- Gastroenterology
- General surgery
- Hematology
- Laboratory
- Neurology
- Ophthalmology
- Oral surgery
- Pulmonary disease
- Radiology
- Rehabilitative medicine
- Renal disease
- Rheumatology
- Spinal cord injury
- Neurosurgery
- Reconstructive surgery
- Otolaryngology transplant
- Orthopedics
- Thoracic surgery
- Urology.
(4) Service provider may needs to provide secured FTP/Web access to transfer completed work.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Service provider needs to perform the work at their own office premises.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having branch office or Point of Contact in USA can apply. Work must be legally completed within the boundaries of United States of America.
We are looking for best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before January 21, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Onshore and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
