We are Washington; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Oracle Forms to .NET Conversion.
[A] Notice Type: Request for Qualifications and Quotations
[B] Budget: 300,000 USD
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Convert six Oracle Forms applications to ASP.NET with C# and .NET Framework 3.5 using Microsoft Best Practices.
(2) The five Oracle applications consist of 134 Oracle 6i and 9i Forms and Libraries.
(3) All converted applications must have the same functionality and business logic that they currently have.
(4) Applications must remain in an Oracle database (Current version of the RDBMS is 9 with intention to upgrade to 11g. The applications must work with both versions of the database)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their Office Premises.
