We are UK based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider (FROM ACROSS THE WORLD) for Document Management Software Development Services.
[A] Notice Type: PQQ
[B] Budget: Between 162000 and 270000 GBP
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Provide a system that is fully owned and supported by the IT department along with an agreed support contract from the supplier.
(2) Provide a system that is flexible and can be altered to meet any changing future needs.
(3) Provide a system that integrates its functionality within a SharePoint environment, our purchasing process and whilst supporting it from start to finish.
(4) Provide a system that meets the reporting requirements of the finance department.
(5) Provide a system that allows high quality printing of scanned images.
(6) Provide a system that will have the ability to expand into other sections of the business.
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their Office Premises anywhere in the World.
