We are Australia based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for electronic record and document management system.

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Solution must fully support bureaus records management framework.
(2) Appropriate balance between records management functionality and employee usability requirements.
(3) Software must support a consistent corporate look-and-feel for documents and other media through easy to access and use templates.
(4) Access records using portable devices such as mobile phones and tablet devices.
(5) Capacity for integration with other corporate information systems such Customer Relationship Management, Web Content Management System, etc.
(6) Capacity to capture and mange content created using Web 2 technologies/applications.
(7) Design, build, and implement a solution that captures, manages, and retrieves administrative records.
(8) Enable the effective and efficient back capture of records currently stored in network file system folders.
(9) Support the management of hardcopy folders.
(10) Back capture records stored in hard copy files.
(11) Implement integrated document scanning.
(12) Migrate metadata from current copy file management system.
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their Office Premises anywhere in the world.
