We are Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Web based Application Development.
[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposals)
[B] Budget: 200000 USD for 2 years of Contract
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Contractor needs to install and modify an data system/web based application that must be accessible via the web that will be used to collect and record data (approximately 100 users).
(2) Application should be interface able with other compatible databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Access, and Oracle at a minimum).
(3) Allow designated staff access to all data including State administration, provider level, and client level data.
(4) Provide the ability for staff to edit data in utility tables including rates of pay, types of service and other data.
(5) Allow users at the provider level to export data into Access, PDF, MS Word and Excel.

[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises with United States.
