(1) We are looking for qualified vendors to furnish, deliver, install and support an Enterprise Document and Contract Management System (EDCMS).
(2) Vendor shall provide planning, training, implementation, support and maintenance.
(3) The term will begin on or about August 1, 2010 and continue for twelve (12) months thereafter.
