We are Florida; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for development of performance management system.

[B] Budget: $40,000
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Work with management to identify performance management system that can be linked to the budget and strategic planning process to accomplish organization-wide and community-wide goals.
(2) Work with management to align the performance management system with the departmental purpose statements already in progress.
(3) Allow the system to facilitate performance measures which measure purpose outcomes and efficiency and effectiveness for continuous improvement.
(4) Develop and implement a mechanism (software if necessary) for tracking, reporting, and monitoring performance measures specific to our philosophy.
(5) Work with staff to develop performance measures which are driven by data that is verifiable, understandable, pertinent and timely.
(6) Work with staff to provide a performance management system where goals, programs, activities and resources are aligned with mission, priorities and desired results.
(7) Provide a system and processes which are sustainable over time and across organizational changes.
(8) Develop a mechanism for on-going monitoring, reporting and evaluation of the system.

Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
