We are Illinois; USA based university looking for expert vendor for Computerized Ticketing System.

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor will provide reliable computerized ticketing system to manage the centralized inventory of tickets to specified, concerts, family shows and other events.
(2) Vendor will provide software to manage season ticke accounts, priority points and donor tracking system.
(3) Vendor staffed call center to collect and process phone orders.
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises.

Onshore (USA Only)
