We are Virginia; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Document Management System and Support Services.
[A] Scope of Service
(1) Currently we are creating, updating, managing, files, and store business documents and third party forms, videos, audio MP3 files, MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, Adobe, Photoshop, images, and graphics. Currently this information is stored in multiple offices, buildings and locations using a combination of hard copy (majority) and electronic files.
(2) Service provider will provide Software and Software Support to us as well as Implementation support to relate to document analysis, work flow optimization, training of staff, and execution of the product.
[B] Pre-bid Meeting (MANDATORY)
There will be pre-bid meeting that is MANDATORY for all vendors who wish to submit proposals. The vendor meeting is scheduled for Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting March 16, 2010 in Virginia.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises but may have to visit for our office for meetings and briefings.
[D] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having branch office or Point of Contact in USA can apply.
We are looking for best proposals and payment terms will be in accordance with Government Law. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before March 29, 2010.
