We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Web based Application Tracking System. Term of the contract will be for the period of 2 years with and option to extend for 3 more years depends upon performance.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) Post available employment opportunities on-line
(2) Submit applications online
(3) Allow County staff to manage applicant files, including communication with applicants, in the system from application, through testing and assessment, to referral for consideration
(4) Generate standard and ad hoc reports
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform tasks on their office premises.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having branch office or Point of Contact in USA can apply.
We are looking for best proposals and payment terms will be in accordance with government law. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before March 19, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Onshore and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
