We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Asset Management Application.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) Service provider needs to provide an Asset Management software application, devices and related hardware and related services to include: installation; data conversion; implementation; data interfaces; training; support; maintenance (the “Asset Management System”); and a proposed approach to hosting, as an option.
(2) Service provider needs to install the software and hardware in the applicable operational environment, convert the existing data, provide software and hardware training to our staff, provide technical support and user help services, provide training and support documentation and provide
Software upgrades during the term of the contract.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform tasks on their office premises. However, some onsite work will be also involved in Alaska.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having branch office or Point of Contact in USA can apply.
We are looking for best proposals and payment terms will be in accordance with government law. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before April 6, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. Last date to submit “Intent to Bid” form is March10, 2010. This RFP is Onshore and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
