We are based in NEW YORK, USA and we are requesting proposals from qualified and experienced service providers (From USA Only), for Medicare Part B Billing Services. The anticipated term of the Contract is: January 1, 2011 and shall continue through to December 31, 2013, with two one-year options to renew at our discretion.

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Service Provider shall describe how they will provide on-site instruction and telephone support of Medicare Part B requirements to our rehabilitation and nursing staff, as needed.
(2) Reports shall be generated by us on a quarterly basis for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physician services, and on an annual basis for immunizations. Service Provider shall confirm their ability to obtain the hard copies of these detailed reports and related documentation of health services provided to residents that are eligible for Medicare Part B billing.
(3) Service Provider shall describe how they will extract the data from the detailed report(s) for applicable claim documents and submit claims to the appropriate fiscal intermediary or carrier, depending on the claim, for all eligible Medicare Part B billing charges on behalf of us.
(4) Service Provider shall describe how they will perform follow-up services for resolution and reimbursement of denied claims.
(5) Service Provider shall confirm its ability to receive copies from National Government Services, Inc. (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) of the remittance advice reports detailing the payments made to us for billing of resident Part B services from Medicare.
(6) Service Provider shall describe how they will submit an invoice for payment for Services provided based on the remittance advice.
(7) Service Provider shall confirm their ability to review our record procedures and shall describe how they will provide us with information to enhance efficiency of recordkeeping to meet Medicare regulations.
(8) Service Provider shall confirm their ability to follow New York State Public Health laws and Federal HIPAA regulations regarding confidentiality of patient records.
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their Office Premises within USA.

Note: Subcontracting is allowed. Also it should be noted that last date to submit questions has passed, however, we include all the information on that (if there is any).
