We are Washington DC; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Data Capture Services.
[A] Notice Type: Solicitation
[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Contractor needs to cover the capturing of data; directory style formatting; SGML (Standard Generalized Markup Language) tagging; and delivery of the final product on a CD.
(2) NUMBER OF ORDERS: Four (4) orders per year. One order approximately after every three months.
(3) Approximately 200 to 600 individual forms from which contractor must capture the data.
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
