We are based in NEW DELHI, India and we are inviting tenders from experienced service providers (From India Only), for Scanning and Data Entry of Files. The term of Contract will be 2 years.

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Service Provider will have to perform scanning and data entry of files (with various pages).
(2) VOLUME: 2100000 Files
(3) These files will have photographs and signatures which are to be scanned along with the other content.
(4) Service Provider shall provide for coding of numbers on sheets (forms) collected from us.
(5) Service Provider shall capture data of all the fields, prescribed in the sheet (form), and as per the format provided by us, from time to time.
(6) Service Provider will be provided with the software to capture the data in required format however the hardware is to be procured by Service Provider. Service Provider can check the software by visiting our premises.
(7) Scanning and Data Capturing should be completed and delivered within 24 hours from the time of collecting the data from us or any such location as instructed by us.
(8) Accuracy: A quality service in time is the essence of the contract. Hence Service Provider is expected to maintain an accuracy of 100% in performing above services.
(9) Service Provider will have to re-capture / scan the data if rejected by us. No charges will be paid for the incorrect / rejected data / scanning and a penalty may get levied.
(10) Service Provider shall supply the data file and image file in the format prescribed, through CD/ floppy to us, as per the formats acceptable to us and will have to preserve the data and image for a minimum period of one (1) month and delete thereafter.
(11) Service Provider should take adequate care of files to ensure safety and protection from any theft or destruction.
(12) Service Provider needs to collect files/documents on daily basis and deliver old files/documents within 24 hours from New Delhi.

More than single service provider can be selected for above services

Deadline for receipt of proposals is July 2, 2010 by 15:00 Hrs. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), of 500000 INR is to be deposited for this tender. This Tender is ONSHORE and OFFSITE.
