We are Oklahoma; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Offsite Data Entry Service.
[A] Notice Type: Invitation to Bid
[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to do data entry of approximate 180,000 forms per year. Each documents/form contains 53 fields.
(2) Entry of data should be in ASCII text format. We will provide necessary data to selected vendor via VPN or FTP into tiff format and they needs to return the data via same after data entry.
(3) Vendor shall be responsible for pick up and return the data on a daily basis, with a 24-hour turnaround time from pickup to return, excluding holidays.

[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises.
