We are California; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Offsite Document Scanning & Indexing (Data Entry) Service.
[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposals)

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor/Contractor needs to pick-up source documents from our office premises and delivery after successful completion of work and return them after within two (2) business day after completion of work.
(2) Approximate volume of the work will be 500,000 documents, needs to scanning and indexed. In the year 2009, volume of work was 507,000 documents and 265,000,000 Keystrokes.
(3) Vendor/Contractor should provide scanning service in PDF format using 200 dpi.

Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider/Vendor/Contractor needs to perform work on their office premises.
[F] Mandatory pre-proposal bidder’s conference has been scheduled on June 17, 2010.
Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before July 15, 2010.
