We are Ontario; USA based organization looking for Expert Vendor for Document Scanning, Conversion, Imaging & Microfilming Service

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) We are looking for Vendor for imaging services for the conversion of records from paper to microfilm/microfiche or digital images, conversion of microfilm (or microfiche) to digital images and servicing of existing equipment such as microfilm reader/printers and reader.
(2) The term of service is for three (3) years with the possibility of two (2) one year renewals dependent on vendor performance.
[D] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Only)
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises.
[F] Vendor must pay 50$ to Government Authority to get RFP Packets.
Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before June 1, 2010.
Cost to Apply: $10.99 + $50 (To Govt. Authority)
