We are Arizona; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for After Hours Telephone Answering Services.
[A] Notice Type: Solicitation

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Our normal business hours are 7:00 AM till 6:00 PM Monday–Thursday. (Closed on Fridays and weekends). Coverage is required from 6:00 PM Thursday to 7:00 AM Monday; all weekends and major holidays.
(2) Contractor will be primarily responsible for providing after hour’s telephone answering services.
(3) Contractor shall accept telephone calls by live operators stationed at 24-hour call centers that can forward messages, faxes, and emails to designated staff on a private line and must have the ability to evaluate and prioritize the severity of important calls.
(4) Answer 80% of calls within 120 seconds of call offered.
(5) Answer 95% of calls within 180 seconds of call offered.
(6) Contractor shall provide call reporting statistics on a monthly basis.
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
