(1) Questionnaire Design:
- Facilitate development of questions for Citizen and Business Surveys.
- Draft and review questions with Project Team.
(2) Methodology:
- Confirm telephone survey approach
(3) Telephone Interviews
- Pre-test questionnaires for the two surveys.
- Conduct interviews and compile responses.
(4) Database Developments
- Develop database for data entry for each survey and test.
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
