We are USA based well-known university looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Medical Transcription Service. Contract will be for 1 Year and extendable for 4 more year depends upon performance.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) Service provider must be capable of transcribe up to 62,000,000 to 120,000,000 of dictated visual/black characters per year.
(2) Service provider should be able to provide 24 X 7 services.
[B] Work performance (Offsite):
Performance of the work will be Off-site. Service provider can work from their own premises. However, they may need to visit the location to view the location on initial stage.
[C] Eligibility:
Global, Registered Companies from Anywhere in world can apply. However we prefer to have their branch office or point of contact in USA.
We are looking for best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before December 23, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.

We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Medical Transcription Service. Contract will be for 3 years and extendable for 2 more years depends upon performance. Our approximate budget is 70000 USD per year (0.38 USD/38 Cent per Line).
Scope of Service:
[A] Approximate volume is 985013 Characters per month.
[B] Service provider should be able to provide sufficient equipment and qualified personnel experienced in medical transcription services.
[C] Service provider must have the capability to store and retrieve transcription records for up to one year in a safe secure manner.
[D] Service provider should manage secured FTP/Web access to transfer transcribed files.
[E] Turnaround time:
- 4 hours for History & Physicals, along with STAT reports
- 24 hours for all other reports
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before January 5, 2010 via our secured website submission or post, courier and hand delivery only. (1) Volume of the work:
Approximate volume of the work will be 250000 pages per year.
(2) Scope of Service:
[A] Service provider needs to collect digital recordings from our office premises.
[B] Service provider needs to provide Same day Transcription service for maximum 40 pages if we require.
[C] Service provider needs to manage FTP access to submit transcribed files in Microsoft Word 2000/2003 or WordPerfect format.
[D] Turn around time will be between 24 hours to 20 days, depends upon the priority of the data. We are looking for quotation for different turn-around time.
(3) Budget:
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable.
(4) Work performance (Onsite OR Offsite):
Performance of the work will be Off-site. Service provider can work from their own premises.
(5) Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having branch office or Point of Contact in USA can apply.
