We are Olympia; Washington based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Scanning services. Contract will be for 2 years and extendable for 2 more years depends upon performance.
[A] Budget:
Our budget is up to 40000 USD for this requirement.
[B] Scope of Service:
Service provider needs to provide support staff for document imaging/scanning services for minimum 20 hours each week.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Service provider needs to provide staff for scanning services in our office premises.
[D] Eligibility:
Service provider must be licensed to do business in the State of Washington, USA, and should be able to provide staff for scanning requirement.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before January 14, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Onshore and Onsite.
