We are USA based well-know university looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Scanning and Indexing Service. Contract will be for 2 years and extendable for 3 more years depends upon performance.
[A] Budget:
Our approximate budget is 80000 USD per year.
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Approximate volume of the work will be 423000 documents per year and our budget is 80000 USD per year for the same. However, this volume of the work can be very.
(2) Each document should be indexed according to Last Name, First Name, and Date of Collection. No space shall be between last name and first name.
(3) Size of the documents will be very.
(4) Service provider needs to provide secured hosting system to store the documents. We should be able to access documents any time.
[C] Work performance (Offsite):
Performance of the work will be Off-site. Service provider can work from their own premises. However, service provider needs to collect document from our office premises.
[D] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having Registered Office or Point of Contact in USA can apply.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before January 7, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Onshore and Offsite. Provider may needs to visit our location for meetings, briefings and document collection purposes.
