We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of PDF conversion Service.
[A] Scope of Service
[1] Service provider needs to edit and modify PDF files and the data as per our requirement.
[2] We will provide training material to selected service provider, after that service provider needs to make change data in PDF files as per our instruction.
[3] Approximate volume of the work will be 5000 PDF files (150,000 - 180,000 pages).
[B] Work performance (Onsite OR Offsite):
Performance of the work will be Off-site. Service provider can work from their own premises.
[C] Eligibility:
Global, Registered Companies from Anywhere in world can apply. However we prefer to have their branch office or point of contact in USA.
[D] Deadline & Mode of Submission:
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before January 8, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit the location for meetings and briefings.

Total Requirement :     300000 voter registration cards
Description :
We are based in USA and we are inviting bids from qualified and experienced service provider (From USA Only) for Image scanning services.
Scope of Work:
1) Service Provider will scan approximately 300,000 voter registration cards into compressed .jpg files. These files will be imported into an existing Oracle database and retrieved from the database, so the smallest file size possible while retaining acceptable image quality is preferred.
2) Service Provider must:
a) Offer either on-site or off-site service
b) Off-site service must include pickup of original documents, scanning of images, and return delivery of originals and files to us
c) Offer two-day turnaround service for writing of images to film once the work has begun for off-site service
d) Provide their own equipment
3) Service Provider will be provided with:
a) voter records on-site
b) space to scan voter records on-site
c) voter records in packages for off-site service
4) Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect the scanned images upon receipt from Service Provider. Service Provider must re-scan the images according to specifications at no additional cost to us, if the scanned images are not as per required quality/standards.
5) Pricing: Service Provider must submit pricing for an onsite solution as well as an off-site solution. All costs for either solution must be included in the price per image to be scanned.
We are looking for Best Proposals. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 29, 2009 at 10:00 Hrs (local time) in Tennessee. Interested Service Providers must submit their responses on or before January 12, 2010 by 14:00 Hrs (local time) on given address. This Tender is Onshore and Offsite.
